Rob van Hilten, Managing Director

Rob (1969) is the initiator and Managing Director of Qoin and responsible for the Qoin Netherlands. He is a born business man and has started several companies since he was sixteen years old. Sustainability has become an essential theme throughout his career. In the last decades Rob switched between working for and with companies, social organisations and governmental institutions and he has specialised in innovation management, developing strategic plans, shaping organisations and arranging the execution. He is charismatic, creative, takes initiative and with his joyous spirit manages to motivate people. Rob tends to evoke trust and thanks to his natural authority he can focus on goals without forgetting the process. Besides Qoin, Rob is a Partner in an advisory agency named Kampers van Hilten. Residing in Amsterdam, he is married and father of three children.
