During production a company gets to deal with CSR related issues in various ways. Examples of these issues are reduction of energy, separation of waste, reducing absenteeism, and customer satisfaction. Management decides how to deal with these matters by setting up a strategy. P&C's job is to create transparency with respect to these CSR issues. Targets can determine how much energy must be reduced and the figures can register and control these targets into reliable reports. These reports grant clarity on the financial consequences of these savings, but also show the positive influence on the ecological environment, employee motivation, and consumers' preferences. These CSR performances can be brought to the public with the aid of an annual CSR report. Not only will you strengthen the reliability of your organisation, but you will also create stronger relationships with several stakeholders. Managers who wish to be sure of sustainable P&C are recommended to ask a specialized CSR accountant that puts value to transparency.
